Place of birth: Edina, Minnesota…my parents came from Argentina- which begs the question - how does one go from Buenos Aires, Argentina to Edina, Minnesota?
Family: Three great kids- Jorge [16], Maria [12] & Andrianna [10]

High school: Miami Palmetto High School [Go Panthers!]
College: Florida Gulf Coast University [Go Eagles] received my degree in Elementary Education.
Military: United States Navy [Go Navy, beat Army!] best thing to ever happen to me. Some of my best friends were made during my time in the Navy.
Years teaching: Spent three years as a substitute teach in Charlotte County but this is my first full time teaching job.
Hobbies: Sports / Movies / My kids
Color: Blue & white…Go Crusaders!
Sport: Soccer & baseball / softball
Favorite Team: Minnesota Twins, Minnesota Vikings, University of Miami football & Club Atletico Independiente.
Least favorite team: New York Yankees!!!!!!!!

Sports memory: Coaching my daughters, Maria, softball team to the 2008 Florida title.
Sports wish: To attend a World Series game – hopefully the Twins are in it.
Vacation spot: Anything Disney.
Music: My iPod is a “junk drawer” of music- classical, tango, punk, classic rock; you name it I have it…yes that includes some country music.
TV show: Pardon the Interruption, Around the Horn & Sportscenter
Movie: Hot Fuzz – Hot Fuzz is a British action comedy film written by Simon Pegg, Scotty from the new Star Trek movie, and Edgar Wright and starring Pegg and Nick Frost. The film follows two police officers attempting to solve a series of mysterious deaths in a small village.

Weird fact: We have a house rule that says whenever we play Trivial Pursuit- I cannot answer any of the sports questions- someone else on my team has to.
