Fundraising for our school’s PTO has just gotten easier as
we use this guide to work smarter—not harder!—
to maximize our efforts to achieve the
greatest benefit possible through each program offered!
Clip and Collect! programs
are sponsored by corporations who support education by making donations based on the collection of product labels and lids, etc.
Box Tops 4 Education
General Mills pays PTO 10¢ for each Box Top logo collected from participating products.
What do I do?
1. Shop for participating General Mills products.
2. Clip and collect the logo from the product packaging.
3. Send them to the school through the brown envelope.

Tip: Consider holding back a logo or two as PTO occasionally has Box Top bake sales where kids “pay” for their treat with Box Tops! CapriSun Be Green Earn Green pays .02¢ for each drink pouch collected.

2. Collect the pouches (remove the straws, please!).
3. Send them to the school through the brown envelope.

Commemorative Memory Pavers
Custom pavers are offered as an opportunity to beautify our school grounds as improve the safety of our walkways, as
well. The engraved pavers are installed in the Pickup area at St. Charles Borromeo School.
Honor a loved one or promote your business!
Each paver is $100 and proceeds benefit the Family Life Center.
The first 200 pavers sold will be included in an exclusive design.

Children’s Garden
Create a lasting memory of your child’s years at St. Charles
School with a custom tile of your child’s handprint to be
placed in the Children’s Garden bench.

Campbell’s Labels for Education
awards 1, 5 or 10 points for UPCs and beverage
caps from participating products that can be redeemed
for free educational resources from their
merchandise catalog.
What do I do?
1. Shop for participating products. Note: not just soup labels earn points! BIC, Pepperidge Farms, Prego, and other products also participate! See link below for complete list of products.
2. Clip and collect the UPS or beverage cap from the product.
3. Send them to the school through the brown envelope.

My Coke Rewards for Schools awards
PTO points from codes collected and entered from
Coca-Cola products and product packaging. Those points
may be redeemed through a catalog featuring playground
equipment, sports gear, art supplies, classroom tools and
many other resources that will help students learn and excel.
What do I do?
1. Shop for participating products.
2. Collect caps with codes and/or clip and collect codes from the
cartons of canned products.
3. Send them to the school through the brown envelope and program
volunteers will enter the codes for the school.

Tip! There are more products under the Coca-Cola brandname
than you might think! Barq’s, Dasani, Fanta, Fresca, Mello Yello,

like Coca– Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, and Sprite

Car Magnets
Show your school pride and purchase a St. Charles School logo magnet to put on
your vehicles for only $10! The six inch round magnets feature the school logo in
the school colors of blue and white. Get one for each of your cars!
Kids! Send one to grandma and one to grandpa, too!

Programs are supported by our local restaurateurs who support St. Charles School by contributing a percentage of your
food bill back when you patronize their restaurant. Now everyone has a good reason to eat out!

What do I do?
1. Eat at any of the participating restaurants on the day and at the times specified.
2. Be sure to tell your server that you are there to support St. Charles School PTO.

Programs are sponsored by retailers who support education by making donations based on a percentage of sales made with the request that credit be given to St. Charles Borromeo
School. There are a number of different opportunities presented here.
Target REDcard
Take Charge of Education® progam is intended
to benefit K-12 schools by tracking purchases made by participating
REDcard® holders, then sending a no-strings-attached donation
check directly to the school principal.
Target donates 1% of all Target Visa Credit Card and Target Credit
Card purchases made at a Target store or at Target.com and 1% of all
Target Debit Card purchases made at a Target Store. Target donates
1/2% of all Target Visa Credit Card purchases made outside of Target.
Checks are distributed once a year in August.
If the total of accumulated donations is less than $25, the amount carries
over to the next payment period. You can track your school's progress
at Target.com/tcoe.
What do I do?
1. Apply and get approved for a REDcard® Target Credit Card or
Target Visa Credit Card
2. Enroll in Take Charge of Education and designate St. Charles
Borromeo School as your preferred recipient.
3. Start shopping with your REDcard® or Target Visa.

LTM Party, Port Charlotte donates 5% purchases back to
St. Charles School in the form of a merchandise voucher that may
be used for future LTM purchases.
The LTM merchandise voucher comes early in August.
Purchases at the Halloween store also apply!
